My background and training

1998-1999 I trained in Humanistic Integrative Counselling with CPPD in North London.

1999-2000 I trained at Trinity Hospice in Clapham, London, as a Bereavement Counsellor and worked there for 2 years after completing the training. This work was counselling those who had been bereaved and ensuring they received the appropriate practical support from external agencies.

During my time with the hospice I participated in Bio- Dynamic Massage training at The Chiron Centre in Ealing, London. This was to give me more experience in how to work with the body in Psychotherapy.

2002-2005 I embarked on and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy.

June 2004 to January 2007 I worked for Turning Point as a Therapist in Islington. This work was with drug and alcohol addiction and the issues that surround this area. I facilitated psychotherapy process groups as well as aftercare relapse prevention and a mens groups. I participated in in-service-trainings which were provided by Turning Point, such as, working with diversity, crack and cocaine awareness and developing culturally sensitive services for BME users.

My private practice began in North London and then Harley Street. I have seen clients who present with; anxiety disorders, depression, psychosexual problems, OCD, personality disorders, attachment issues, survivors of abuse, sex- addiction, drug and alcohol addiction, low self esteem and for personal and professional development.

2005-2006 I completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and Organizational Development with The Grove Practice in London W1.

I am currently an associate therapist at The Grove where I see couples and individuals for psychotherapy an executive coaching. I am an organizational development consultant and continue to run my own practice in Harley Street London W1. I am currently developing and facilitating personal development programmes both in the UK and abroad.
