Anyone could benefit from the support of Psychotherapy and coaching as it provides a safe relationship facilitating exploration and change. Exploration of the self is expansive in the sense that we find more of ourselves and therefore gain a greater understanding of how we function in the world. We can then choose to change or develop in the areas we feel necessary.
